DESCRIPTION

Sculpted from a digital fossil model, this piece freezes an organic diamond silhouette inside translucent resin, turning geology into wearable art. A compact silhouette sits close to the finger and catches light through the resin, revealing the crystalline outline within.

The polished surface stays smooth against the skin while the fossil core shifts with every angle of movement, making a quiet sculpture out of a simple gesture.

- Diamond Fossil Sculpting: A digitally modeled diamond form is set inside translucent resin, giving the ring a fossil-like inner structure.

- Translucent Resin Shell: Hand-cast resin lets light travel through the ring, changing tone with the surrounding environment.

- Compact Wearable Silhouette: A short profile keeps the ring easy to layer, stack, or wear on its own.

- Color-Coded Variants: Choose Clear for a soft, glassy feel or Clear Black for a moody, high-contrast finish.

Founded in 2020 by designer Xu Yue — a graduate of Metal Art at Tsinghua University and Jewelry & Metalwork at the Royal College of Art — SPHINXY takes its name from the Sphinx of Greek mythology: a symbol of riddles and the unknown.

The brand explores the language of sculpture as it lives on the human body. Drawing inspiration from the imagined relics of humankind, each piece is conceived as a small wearable sculpture — where narrative and ornament become inseparable.

Jewelry, for SPHINXY, is not merely worn. It is carried, contemplated, and kept.
