CARVED KNOT RING
DESCRIPTION
Sphinxy carries the pankou language into translucent resin, where the traditional knot becomes a sculpted, weightless silhouette on the body. A carved knot motif is worked directly into the resin body, reading almost like a fossil under the surface.
The translucent shell carries the sculpted lines with a soft glow, offering the pankou story in a lighter, more sculptural material vocabulary.

MEET THE BRAND
Founded in 2020 by designer Xu Yue — a graduate of Metal Art at Tsinghua University and Jewelry & Metalwork at the Royal College of Art — SPHINXY takes its name from the Sphinx of Greek mythology: a symbol of riddles and the unknown.
The brand explores the language of sculpture as it lives on the human body. Drawing inspiration from the imagined relics of humankind, each piece is conceived as a small wearable sculpture — where narrative and ornament become inseparable.
Jewelry, for SPHINXY, is not merely worn. It is carried, contemplated, and kept.
