Inspired by the serpent-haired Gorgon Medusa of Greek myth, this piece translates coiled, sculptural power into wearable form. Layers of translucent red resin stack across the finger like coiling scales, catching light in warm depth.
The wide silhouette makes a bold, sculptural statement while the smoothed edges keep it comfortable against the skin.

Founded in 2020 by designer Xu Yue — a graduate of Metal Art at Tsinghua University and Jewelry & Metalwork at the Royal College of Art — SPHINXY takes its name from the Sphinx of Greek mythology: a symbol of riddles and the unknown.
The brand explores the language of sculpture as it lives on the human body. Drawing inspiration from the imagined relics of humankind, each piece is conceived as a small wearable sculpture — where narrative and ornament become inseparable.
Jewelry, for SPHINXY, is not merely worn. It is carried, contemplated, and kept.
