What is your return policy?
We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags attached. Returns for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items are eligible for free returns or exchanges once approved. For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or with an issue?
If your package arrives visibly damaged, or you notice an issue immediately upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include your order number plus clear photos or videos of the package, item, and issue. This helps us review the case promptly and, where applicable, coordinate with our fulfillment or shipping partners.
Why do I need to report arrival damage within 48 hours?
Issues such as transit damage, packaging damage, missing items, or defects noticed immediately on arrival should be reported within 48 hours so we can review them while shipping and packing records are still current. This helps us assess the issue quickly and provide the most appropriate resolution.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 6–12 business days after dispatch, and Express shipping usually takes 5–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak periods, or customs processing.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order through our Track Order page.
Are duties and taxes included?
Yes. We cover import duties, VAT, and taxes where applicable, so the price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
