Shipping Origin & Logistics
TROVE & TONE is headquartered in Hong Kong. To ensure the best delivery efficiency, we utilize multiple fulfillment centers: For U.S. Domestic Orders: Your order will be fulfilled and shipped directly from our logistics partner warehouse located in the United States. For International Orders & Non-U.S. Destinations: Your order will be processed and shipped from our international fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China.
Customs and Import Taxes
We cover all import duties, VAT, and taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

What is your return policy?
We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags attached. Returns for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items are eligible for free returns or exchanges once approved. For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or with an issue?
If your package arrives visibly damaged, or you notice an issue immediately upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include your order number plus clear photos or videos of the package, item, and issue. This helps us review the case promptly and, where applicable, coordinate with our fulfillment or shipping partners.
