What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal, one of the most secure payment platforms worldwide. You do not need a PayPal account to pay; you can use your credit or debit card through PayPal's guest checkout service. We are working on adding more payment options, like direct credit card payments, very soon!
Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means we adhere to the highest standards of server compliance to keep your data safe. We will never sell or share your information with any third party.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Currently we are not able to cover the cost of return shipping. The original shipping fee is also non-refundable.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We inspect every item carefully before it is shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for you.
