Eligibility Window

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a return, exchange, or resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within the eligibility window.
  • Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Resolution

Please email us at support@troveandtone.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A clear description of your request (return, exchange, or report of defect/damage).
  3. For defective or damaged items: clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue (required for assessment).

Our Review Process

Once we receive your request, our team will carefully review the information provided. We will notify you of our decision within 3–5 business days.

If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).

If your request relates to a defective or damaged item, we will work with you to provide a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.

Important Considerations

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality if the item is not returned in its original condition. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Minor color variations due to monitor display settings.
  • Final sale items.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives with visible damage to the exterior packaging, please take photos of the package before opening it and contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the matter.
