What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • We offer free returns & exchanges for damaged, faulty, or incorrect Items.
  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.
  • For any return or exchange requests not related to quality issuesthe customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We inspect every item carefully before it is shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for you.
